• You bring previous experience in people management, team leadership and mentoring experience
• Experience working within payments, subscriptions, billing systems or a similar domain, ideally in a digitally focused environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly self-motivated and adaptable under pressure

• Ability to increase the team’s output while maintaining quality

Required Technical Skills/Experience

● A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or something similar

● 5+ years in the product marketing arena, with bonus points for tech industry experience.

● A skill for creating go-to-market strategies that are as effective as they are engaging.

● Experience in working in a cross-functional team with super strong communication and trust-building skills.

● Market research skills and a love for data analysis.

● A creative and innovative mindset, with problem-solving skills that turn challenges into opportunities.
